Commercial refrigeration tech responded to a hand-dip ice cream case leaking water at a pharmacy chain in Woodlake, CA. Technician found the ice cream soft. Water leak traced back to a loose plumbing connection for the hand-dip sink. Tech tightened and confirmed leak had stopped. Also cleaned the condenser coils that were clogged with dust and dirt. Ice cream case cooling well and no more leaks.
