On arrival, checked in with vendor log and store manager. William and I repaired the aluminum condensing coil leak and replaced filter dryer on unit 1. Pulled vacuum down to 500microns and introduce 14lbs of R-22 in to system. System is operational at 10deg of subcool and 39deg vapor saturation. William and I pumped unit 6 down. Replaced filter dryer and TXV. Put system on a vacuum down to 500microns. Introduced 3lbs 4.25oz of R-22 in to system. System is operational at 10deg of subcool and 40deg vapor saturation. Checked out with EMS. Filled out work order. Obtained signature on work acknowledgment. Signed out of vendor log.
Major Air Conditioning maintenance scheduled for a retailer in Walnut Creek California. All filters were replaced and coils washed. While completing full PM checklist, he found that one of the units was tripped at the disconnect. Was able to trace the issue to a tripped main breaker at the electrical panel. Reset and tested, confirmed unit running again. Finished remaining PM tasks and checked out with store manager.
RESSAC Technician arrived at supermarket in Walnut Creek to perform preventative maintenance on eleven Trane split systems. The technician changed all of the unit's belts and filters and noted a number of deficiencies on different units. These deficiencies were relayed to the company for approval of repairs. After the maintenance was performed, the technician called the company that managed the alarms at this store to verify that everything looked good from their HVAC Controls monitoring system. Units were all operating optimally when technician left.
