Cleaned and blew out line to resolve water leak. While onsite noted the #8 Trane air conditioner was making a loud humming noise. Found the blower motor failing, also will need to replace bearings and pulley. Will quote additional repairs to the customer.
Thousand Oaks a/c tech arrived at a vitamin store to investigate one of the units making a loud noise. Unit had been powered down to stop the noise and would no longer turn back on. Our technician discovered that the transformer had failed, was able to source and replace. Also found that the drive belt had torn, which had caused the original noise complaint. Unit working again after transformer and belt replacement.
