Dispatched our Los Angeles county area technician to a property management office to make repairs on their Trane 5 ton air conditioner. The tech replaced the filter drier, expansion and check valves, and the TXV. Also performed a flush on the system before recharging. Ran and tested, unit operational again.
RESSAC tech arrived at a retail clothing chain to perform routine summer HVAC services. Drain lines were flushed, belts checked and filters changed. Technician found a faulty damper alarm on the economizer for unit #5. Was able to clear errors by troubleshooting with the Energy Management company. No other problems, site cooling well.
AC repair technician returned to a home merchandise retailer in Santa Clarita, California, for approved repairs. Unit #7, their Lennox AC, needed it's fan cycling switch replaced. Picked up part from local parts house and was able to replace. Unit working normally, checked out with the EMS team.
