On arrival, checked in with Lane Valente and then checked in with office manager at job site. Cleaned filters on both air handlers. Unit #1 is pushing out 64.1deg supply. Unit #2 is pushing out 75deg supply. Server room is at 68.5deg indoor temp. Issue from last visit is still persisting where Auto-Changeover display is showing an alarm of A5U and the TXV on unit one air handler is icing up. Unit #2 condenser is non operational due to the soft start has failed and compressor won’t kick over. Compressor capacitor is testing at 29.4/30. Tested ohms on compressor and it tested out normal. Part will have to be quoted out and replaced for system to be operational and further troubleshooting may be required for unit #2.
