Went to the local parts house and sourced a new thermostat. Installed and instructed staff on proper use of new thermostat. Also found a relay for the #2 ICP air conditioner chattering and sticking. Will quote to replace the relay, both units running at this time.

Tech inspected the Day & Night air conditioner and found it running normally, but did note blower motor running slightly warm. Will quote to replace motor, it is running for now. Changed filters while onsite, filters were clogged.Replaced filters and check units operations . Found no smell at time . Found motor running hot for unit 2 . Recommend to change as it is the original motor .
