Responded to an emergency HVAC request for a commercial customer in Lakewood California. Both their air conditioners were not cooling. Upon arrival, our technician found that the AC units had been turned off at the disconnects by the roofers. Turned both units on, testing to see if any issues. Found none. Cleared both condensate lines and drain pans as a precaution, as sometimes roofers will shut off AC units if they are leaking during roofing work. Updated manager about roofer situation, should have no more issues as long as the roofers don't shut off the systems.
