Store Manager

Always great service, let's us know exactly what's wrong and what is being repaired.

Going the extra mile

Technician took the time to fix the problem. Actually found a safety issue because of his willingness to troubleshoot the noise issue rather than just replacing a cover and hoping it helped.

Response from RESSAC Climate Control:

That's great feedback Michael. Thank you.

Kerman, CA, refrigeration technician arrived at a pharmacy chain to investigate the ice cream freezer making a high pitched noise. Masterbilt freezer was at proper temperatures, but displaying an error. Determined that the sensors and controller had failed, and also found an arched door switch with a burnt off terminal. Noted deficiencies and will quote to customer.

Commercial HVACR technician responded to a request for repair service at a Pharmacy in the San Joaquin Valley. Store manager complained of an air curtain at front door rattling. Technician turned off unit and inspected blower wheel and found it out of balance due to dirt buildup between fins. He removed blower assemblies and washed dirty unit with water. He also repaired grill that had broken louvers. After re-installing air curtain assemblies he checked amperage on both motors, all within rated limits. Air curtain is back to normal operation and is no longer rattling.
