Our technician found the Carrier system frozen at the evaporator coil. After defrosting the coil our tech found the blower section insulation had fallen off into the cabinet. Replaced it, also increased the blower speed. Continued troubleshooting and found the unit low on charge, pinpointed leak and repaired. Unit now supply 55 degree air and no longer freezing.
