Dispatched our Chula Vista CA tech to a health center for their freezer that was slowing increasing in temperature. Upon arrival, our tech inspected the True freezer and found no power going to the freezer. The breaker had failed, and the store will need an electrician to replace it.
Our Chula Vista, CA, HVAC technician had a scheduled appointment with a roofer at a home goods store. Technician took photos of reported roof area that's leaking while waiting. Unfortunately the roofing company did not arrive, and when checking in found they had missed the appointment. Will need to reschedule visit.
RESSAC a/c tech dispatched back to Chula Vista, CA, for a second reported leaky condensate at a healthcare provider. Technician located the leak location, found unit that was serviced the day before working normally without leaks. Inspected area, found water marks near the ductwork in the ceiling several feet from air conditioner. Recommended to customer to send out a roofer to inspect the roof and possibly patch leaking areas.
RESSAC HVAC tech responded to call for service at a retail store in Chula Vista, California to repair a leaking HVAC unit. He put water on the unit to see if there were any leaks inside the store, none were found. He put duct sealant around the unit and cracks to prevent any future leaks.
RESSAC ac tech arrived at office building to inspect a Payne HVAC unit that was not heating. Tech found that none of the thermostats were communicating with the units. He found that the alarms were tripped for the unit and it was cutting power to the unit. Tech reset the alarm and the unit was working properly after being restarted.
