Tech Amazing, Process Not

Technician was amazing. Knowledgeable, respectful and just a pleasure to work with. Getting to the point of having tech on site was less than perfect. Took far too long to resolve the issue, for whatever reason that may be. We were without our water/ice machine for 3 solid weeks awaiting parts and resolution. Not techs fault. His part was great.

Response from RESSAC Climate Control:

Hello Kim, thanks for the feedback. I'm glad you were happy with Frank's service. Our service team did have difficulty sourcing the correct part from the distributor in a timely fashion. I apologize for that delay. We are working with that distributor to avoid those problems in the future.

Bakersfield CA refrigeration technician arrived at a pharmacy chain to inspect a walk in freezer that had gone down overnight. Tech found the fans off, freezer stuck at 50 degrees with the defrost cycle locked on. Traced issue to a blown fuse at the disconnect. Confirmed compressor working well, but condenser fan motor failing, contactor sticking and the disconnect not making a solid connection anymore. Also noted that the freezer box itself had ice building up due to old, failing seals at the seams (safety hazard). Will quote to replace all parts, and also shut down box to reseal. Unit off at this time to start thawing process.
