Spring has finally arrived at RESSAC. Well, at least the Spring maintenances have. We’ve stocked up on the necessary filters, refilled our coil cleaning canisters, and dispatched the technicians. And this PM is critical for any preventative maintenance program. This month’s service allows our technicians to catch any problems, minor or major, before summer hits. And this reduces the risk of unit failure during the hottest upcoming months. If you don’t have a Spring service planned, talk to your HVACR contractor ASAP, or reach out to a RESSAC representative who’ll be happy to go over your site’s needs.

HVAC PM Filters & Coil Cleaning

In preparation for the influx of PMs, our Service branches have each hosted their annual branch meetings. Our office in Modesto had theirs just last week. New trucks, new uniforms and spring training, can’t beat it! And we’re still looking to fill more of those uniforms. We have several open positions throughout the state, including office positions at our Glendale and Corona offices. Take a look at our Careers page to see what positions are open.

Speaking of training, any Southern California technicians should keep an eye on the IHACI courses available in the upcoming months. March’s courses are already sold out, but April’s classes still have openings. Check out their course offerings here at their website.

Don’t forget to check-in with us later this month for another HVAC Education article. We’ll be taking a close look at the different levels of preventative maintenance available for your HVACR equipment. Understanding the pros and cons of each type of maintenance, whether it be the simplest filter change or a complete comprehensive package, will help you choose what’s right for your business.
