Why Do We Offer Insurance?
While maintaining and servicing HVACR equipment, we are often asked to perform additional procedures involving backup paperwork, photos of the equipment, check-in and check-out procedures, store stamps, not-to-exceed limits, and more. These procedures allow the facility manager to properly audit the work. But they take time, and all contractors will inevitably pass these operating costs back to the customer.
As an industry leader in operational efficiency, we at RESSAC can’t stand unnecessary costs. So we came up with a solution: turn the responsibility of your HVACR assets over to us. When we are fully responsible for the proper operation of your equipment there is less need for extensive auditing procedures.
